Job summary

Lockheed Martin Space is seeking a Systems Engineer for the FBM Life Extension 2 program. You will develop and verify system-level requirements, coordinate with the Navy and contractors, and manage objective evidence across multiple analyses and reviews.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, verification planning, and technical leadership on the FBM program to ensure mission-ready capabilities for strategic deterrence.

Qualifications

• Systems Engineering and/or Design experience.
• Experience generating technical data products.
• Effective communication skills, including ability to explain complex concepts, lead reviews, and negotiate requirements.
• Self-starter, able to complete work with general direction.
• Active Secret security clearance with eligibility to obtain a Top Secret.

Responsibilities

• Develop/analyze/verify system level requirements and document & manage accordingly.
• Coordinate with customer and other contractors to execute verification analyses and tests.
• Organize/coordinate domain expert objective evidence creation and documentation.
• Organize/coordinate system level technical reviews.
