BTAS, Inc. seeks a Systems Engineer Lead to support Space Systems Command programs in Colorado Springs, CO. Active TS with SCI eligibility is required, with willingness to take a CI polygraph. Full-time role with 40 hours per week.

The position focuses on acquiring, engineering, testing, deployment, and sustainment of space systems, including DS&C and space-domain awareness capabilities, across the acquisition life cycle.

Formación

• Expert in ACAT-like test and evaluation planning and execution.
• Experience in space control, networks, RF, CS, EW, or systems engineering.
• 10+ years in this type of position or program.
• BA/BS degree required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide space acquisitions, engineering, operations and technical support for all stages of the life cycle.
• Support program acquisition efforts for advanced technology and future concepts.
• Advise the government on cost, schedule and performance.
• Assist testing and operations: planning, events, and data for developmental testing.
• Coordinate system-level test integration and activities.
• Provide analytical and operational engineering support for current and future units.
• Support mission planning, mission protection, and anomaly engineering.
• Assist with data collection, processing, storage and analysis for testing and operations.
