Job summary

Space Kinetic Corp. in El Segundo, CA is seeking an Electrical Engineer for our development program. This full-time, on-site role focuses on design, assembly, and test of innovative electrical and mechanical systems for space mission hardware. You will work with senior designers and contribute to circuit and system design using standard tools.

You will be paired with a mentor, handle one to three projects, and report monthly progress to leadership. A Bachelor's or Master’s degree is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Experience working with electrical systems.
• Interest in design, manufacturing and testing of space systems.
• Ability to work with minimal direction and learn quickly.
• Able to obtain Government Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Design and assemble electrical and mechanical systems.
• Troubleshooting and testing of prototype equipment.
• Contribute to circuit and system design using industry tools.
• Support system integration tasks and data acquisition.
