Responsibilities

• Develop schedules and agendas for meetings; facilitate meetings; coordinate working groups and refine requirements for OSC/DSC, CONOPS, current/future systems, and materiel transitions.
• Coordinate program documents and resources with DoW organizations; support rapid fielding initiatives and technology transitions.

Education

Bachelor's degree + 9+ years experience

SAIC currently has an opening for a Capability Developer to serve as a Space Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the Colorado Springs, CO location.

Job Responsibilitie s:

• The candidate will demonstrate a recent working understanding of modeling and simulation system architecture, be familiar with space electromagnetic operations, and the digital non-kinetic fires approval process.
• As a SME, the candidate will be responsible for supporting the customer in developing schedules and agendas for meetings; facilitating meetings; coordinating specific working groups and conduct analysis to refine requirements for areas such as: OSC/DSC; Concept of Operations (CONOPS); assessments of current / future systems; development of emerging materiel solutions; synchronization of Army and Joint-service operational assessments; rapid fielding initiatives and technology transitions. The candidate will coordinate program documents and other resources with DoW organizations.

Qualifications

Required Education

Bachelors and nine (9) years or more of related experience; Masters and seven (7) years or more experience ; PhD or JD and four (4) years or more experience; four (4) years of experience considered in lieu of degree.

Qualifications

• Must have 9 years experience with Space operations, non-kinetic effects, processes and implementation strategies and development of briefings and reports with supporting graphics and other analyses.
• Candidate must also have an active TS/SCI clearance.

Target salary range: $120,001 - $160,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
