Job summary

L3Harris Technologies in Palm Bay, FL is seeking a Specialist, Integration & Test Engineer to lead integration, verification, and test automation for space payloads and vehicles in a hands-on, on-site role.

The ideal candidate has SI&T experience in space/defense, familiar with EGSE, DOORS, LabVIEW/TestStand, and is able to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams while ensuring test readiness and delivery.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of related experience; higher degree with 2+ years.
In lieu of a degree, 8 years of related experience accepted.
2+ years of SI&T experience.
2+ years with NI tools (LabVIEW, TestStand).
Active TS/SCI clearance; SAP access as required.

Responsibilities

Provide system-level integration and test engineering support during verification activities.
Automate functional, qualification, and production environmental testing of space hardware.
Develop and deploy EGSE to support integration, checkout, and test execution.
Create and maintain test documentation: requirements, designs, plans, procedures, reports.
Support day-to-day execution of integration and test activities for payloads and spacecraft systems.
Travel as needed to support integration, test, and post-delivery activities.
