Job summary

KBR, Inc. invites a Security Specialist to join our team in El Segundo, CA. The role requires an active TS/SCI clearance and 5–10+ years of security program experience, with duties spanning personnel, industrial, physical, and information security across SCIFs and mission spaces.

You will implement and audit SOPs, maintain TEMPEST/SCIF accreditation, and coordinate incident responses. Space Force program support is a key focus, with opportunities to train staff and liaise with government

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
• 5-10+ years of security program experience.
• Experience with SCIF, SAP, or secure military environments.
• Knowledge of ICD 705, ICD 503, NISPOM, DoD 5205.07, TEMPEST/EMSEC.

Responsibilities

• Administer and manage all facets of personnel, industrial, physical and information security across SCIFs and mission spaces.
• Direct facility compliance activities and TEMPEST/SCIF accreditation processes.
• Develop, maintain and enforce SOPs/EOPs for secure areas; conduct security briefings.
• Manage SCIF alarms, CCTV, access control, and daily security checks.
• Coordinate with government customers and respond to incidents and investigations.
