Qualifications

• A degree in electrical engineering from an ABET accredited university with extensive RF/antenna experience.
• PhD with minimum 4 years in RF design or MS with 8 years or BS with 10–15 years of RF experience.
• Proficiency with HFSS, MATLAB/MathCAD, and RF system analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide RF analyses of existing transmitters, receivers, and antenna designs.
• Support requirements and data reviews with inputs and comments.
• Contribute to RF test campaigns in internal and external labs.
• Generate RF subsystem trade studies and performance assessments.
• Perform link margin analyses under varying conditions and modulations.
• Write design and analysis reports for communications systems.
• Lead project reviews with customers and stakeholders.
• Mentor early-career and internship engineers.
