Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Aerospace/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management, Physics, Ops Management, Business or related field.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across technical and non-technical teams.
• Experience using MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint/Word) to organize data and communicate status.
• Ability to obtain or maintain a US Government security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the execution of spacecraft development programs from concept through manufacturing and testing.
• Partner with engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and operations teams to track progress and risks.
• Maintain integrated schedules and ensure critical milestones are achieved.
• Provide hands-on experience supporting aerospace projects while developing leadership skills.
