Lockheed Martin Space is hiring a Production Quality Engineer to support the Electronic Assembly and Test Facility. You will apply quality principles across design, materials, production control and reliability to ensure products meet standards.

You will collaborate with program management, engineering, manufacturing and suppliers, drive root cause investigations, and develop action plans to improve performance and compliance. This role requires readiness to obtain security clearances.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent technical discipline.
• Knowledge of manufacturing/quality processes and documentation.
• Ability to interpret drawings, work instructions and specs.

Aufgaben

• Support the Electronic Assembly and Test Facility with quality principles.
• Perform evaluations of requirements, models, drawings and procedures.
• Collaborate with management, engineering, manufacturing, supply chain and customers on quality issues.
• Lead corrective actions, RCCA processes and supplier quality improvements.
• Develop strategies to improve internal and supplier performance.
