General Atomics Electromagnetic Systems (GA-EMS) in Englewood, Colorado seeks a PCB Engineer to join Space Electrical Engineering. You will design and layout very complex high-speed PCBs using Altium Designer for space, satellites, and related systems, from R&D to productized hardware.

You will develop ECAD libraries, create manufacturing data, mentor junior designers, and coordinate with vendors while upholding IPC standards and electrical safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, master's, or PhD in engineering with progressive engineering experience.
• Ability to organize, plan, schedule, and coordinate workloads to meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to interface with other departments.

Responsabilités

• Design complex PCBs for space, satellites, and related product lines.
• Develop ECAD libraries and manufacturing data; write specifications.
• Guide PCB design and resolve engineering problems.
• Coordinate with PCB vendors for manufacturing.
• Mentor junior designers and provide SME input during reviews.
• Ensure conformance to IPC standards and design rules.
