Job summary

Qualis LLC has an immediate opening for an Operational Test & Evaluation (OT&E) Test Engineer supporting space-based missile warning and tracking weapon systems at Buckley Space Force Base in Colorado. The role focuses on designing tests with Design of Experiments, planning execution, and collecting data per the data management plan to evaluate performance and readiness.

Qualifications

• 15+ years' experience in space systems or related fields.
• Background in operational testing highly desired.
• SPACE 200 and SPACE 300 training highly desired.
• U.S. Citizenship required and ability to obtain clearance.

Responsibilities

• Perform analysis of the system and test capabilities.
• Identify test capability requirements and shortfalls.
• Develop methodologies and tools for OT&E programs.
• Review, analyze and report status of documentation to SPO and contractors.
• Translate user requirements into program/system requirements.
• Design tests using Design of Experiments (DOE) and plan data collection.
