Job summary

KBR is seeking a Fielded Force Analyst to bridge astrodynamics, engineering studies, and strategic force design. You will gather complex analyses from across the space enterprise and package them into actionable recommendations for senior USSF leaders.

Ideal candidates will build trust across diverse staffs, translate data into concise executive material, and influence force development for future Space Force capabilities. On-site role in Colorado with a focus on synthesis and communications.

Qualifications

• Master of Science degree in operations research, data science, or related technical field.
• 6–10 years of experience
• Active TS/SCI clearance
• Exceptional EI, maturity, and listening skills; able to navigate complex environments
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office and the ability to learn military analysis/simulation systems
• Experience digesting large volumes of studies into BLUF recommendations
• Experience with Python

Responsibilities

• Translate raw analytical data into operational reality as the central hub.
• Perform Gap Analysis & Synthesis across multiple mission areas.
• Collaborate with HQ CFC, SWAC/SSDP, SSIO, USSF S9 and partners across staffs.
• Prepare clear briefing slides, memos, and executive summaries for senior leadership.
