Job summary

KBR's National Security Solutions team seeks a Training Lead to develop, manage, and execute training programs that qualify Space Operations Center operators. You will ensure personnel are proficient with current and emerging tools and ready to perform real-time space operations.

Ideal candidates have advanced degrees with extensive space operations experience or a strong track record in training management for space-related systems, and must hold an Active TS/SCI with Poly.

Qualifications

Master's degree with 11+ years of relevant experience, or Bachelor's with 12+ years, or no degree with 14+ years, demonstrated expertise.
3 years' experience relevant to customer on-orbit systems and/or space operations programs.
3 years' experience as a training manager and/or instructor for space related tools and/or systems.
Operate independently and lead teams.
Active TS/SCI with Poly required to be considered.

Responsibilities

Develop, manage, and execute the training program for mission-ready operators within a Space Operations Center.
Ensure staff are proficient with existing and nascent tools, focusing on flight safety tools; readiness prior to system delivery.
