Job summary

CACI International Inc is seeking a Program Manager in Sterling, VA to lead an end-to-end ground solution for national space missions. You will guide a multi-disciplinary agile team, manage contracts, and build trusted relationships with customers and subcontractors to ensure mission success.

The role requires a TS/SCI with poly clearance, a Bachelor's in a related field, and 10+ years in program management. In-person work at a CACI facility with up to 10% travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Availability to work in-person at a CACI facility in Sterling, VA
• Clearance: TS/SCI with CI poly
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related business or STEM field
• A minimum of 10 years of related experience
• At least 7 years of Project/Program Management experience
• Experience managing hardware/software programs of similar size and complexity, preferably mission-critical or space-domain
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to drive solutions under pressure
• Subcontract Management experience

Responsibilities

• Lead contract and technical performance for a multi-disciplinary agile team
• Design, develop, and deploy capabilities supporting space missions
• Build trusted relationships with customers, subcontractors, and employees
• Communicate issues and solutions to Government Program Office promptly
• Translate customer priorities into actionable work items
• Decompose expectations into clear work items driving mission readiness
• Identify dependencies affecting delivery of space mission capabilities
• Remove blockers to maintain momentum toward objectives
• Assemble cross-disciplinary teams to address cost, schedule, or technical issues
