Quantum Space seeks a Solution Engineering Lead to shape technical strategies behind critical space missions, translating customer needs into executable mission solutions that position the company for growth. You will operate at the intersection of engineering, business development, capture, and executive leadership to develop mission architectures and guide solution strategies.

You will collaborate with engineers, capture managers, program leaders, and government stakeholders to develop

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's in aerospace or related field.
10+ years in space systems design or mission architectures.
Experience with spacecraft design, mission architecture development, satellite systems, or related areas.
Strong systems engineering background with leadership experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead technical solution development for defense, civil, and commercial space markets.
Translate requirements into executable mission concepts and architectures.
Develop mission concepts, CONOPS, and system-level strategies.
Establish discriminators differentiating Quantum Space capabilities.
Manage technical trade studies and architecture assessments.
Identify risks and craft mitigation plans to boost credibility.
