Job summary

Cowboy Space Corp. is seeking a Technical Program Manager to coordinate a launch vehicle program from development to production. You’ll own the master schedule, track costs, and ensure senior engineers stay sequenced and unblocked.

You’ll lead standups and program reviews, facilitate communications across propulsion, structures, avionics, and vehicle design, and document decisions and interface agreements. The role demands proactive, clear collaboration.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in program management, systems engineering, or technical operations.
• Experience in aerospace or hardware is preferred but not required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the integrated program schedule across propulsion, structures, avionics, and vehicle design.
• Track costs against budget and flag variances early.
• Run standups, syncs, and program reviews; keep them short and useful.
• Identify blockers between teams and broker timely resolutions.
• Sequence work across disciplines so long-lead items and reviews occur in order.
• Create and maintain clear documentation: decision logs, action items, interface agreements.
• Communicate status up, down, and across to prevent surprises.
