Job summary

Blue Origin is seeking a Program Manager to support New Glenn development and customer engagements. You will coordinate cross-functional proposal activities, manage complex multi-disciplinary projects, and help onboard new customers while improving processes.

Travel within the U.S. and internationally is required; a U.S. citizen or lawful status is necessary. This role emphasizes quality, safety, and collaboration in a fast-paced spaceflight environment.

Qualifications

• B.S. in engineering or technical field, or related field with relevant experience.
• Experience developing customer proposals and/or contract execution.
• 5+ years managing complex, multi-disciplinary projects.
• 1+ years of experience in launch system or satellite operations.
• Ability to travel within U.S. and abroad.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and across internal functions to facilitate meetings/readiness reviews at various Blue Origin sites.
• Lead both internal and external technical projects from proposal through completion.
• Support responses to business development opportunities and onboarding of new customers.
• Participate in proposal and contract development.
• Integrate customer requirements into New Glenn development and launch services.
