Job summary

Blue Origin is seeking a seasoned program manager to lead pursuits and proposals for the New Glenn program. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, ensure alignment with mission objectives and timelines, and serve as the principal technical liaison with NASA and other stakeholders.

You will shape technical requirements, manage IMS schedules, and drive risk mitigation while maintaining thorough program documentation and strong customer relationships. This role requires travel and U.S.

Qualifications

• B.S. in engineering or technical field.
• 10+ years managing complex, multi-disciplinary projects.
• Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the planning and execution of pursuits, proposals, studies, and payload integration projects.
• Serve as a key technical point of contact for NASA project stakeholders and provide regular updates.
• Interface with customers to define and verify technical requirements and ensure an excellent customer experience.
• Develop and maintain resource-loaded Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and coordinate progress with internal teams and external customers.
• Track and report on project performance, technical risks, and opportunities using relevant tools and metrics.
• Identify technical risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project execution.
