Job summary

SAIC seeks an experienced and energetic Project Manager to directly support modernization of the space launch ranges, meeting mission requirements, providing range capabilities, and supporting the Assured Access to Space (AATS) mission. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of related experience.
• Master's degree with 8+ years experience or PhD/JD with 5+ years.
• Secret clearance is required.
• Experience delivering modernization initiatives for DoD/space programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead project execution (cost, schedule, performance, and technical requirements).
• Serve as the face to the customer, negotiating issues and communicating progress.
• Direct a multi-functional team of engineers, sustainment, training, logistics, and cyber security.
• Translate operational requirements into project plans and performance measures.
• Familiarity with RF systems, telemetry, and ground-based systems modernization.
