Job summary

Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) is seeking a highly qualified Program Manager and Joint Training & Exercise Planner to lead contract execution for USSPACECOM.

You will oversee staffing, scheduling, QA, reporting, and customer coordination, supporting J7 and joint exercise development. You will drive the Joint Exercise Life Cycle, perform intelligence planning, coordinate with multiple commands, and produce after-action reports.

Qualifications

• Active DIA TS/SCI clearance or eligibility for SAP.
• Bachelor's degree with 9+ years of experience or Master’s degree with 7+ years.
• Ability to report to Colorado Springs on a full‑time basis and coordinate with joint exercise teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the contractor team to deliver PWS requirements.
• Develop and manage the Joint Exercise Life Cycle for HQ USSPACECOM Tier 1 and Tier 2 exercises.
• Plan, coordinate, and implement USSPACECOM Joint Exercises and support to other Combatant Command exercises.
• Attend working group and informational meetings and deliver after-action reports.
