Job summary

Sigmatech is seeking a seasoned Space Intelligence Planning SME in California to perform intelligence planning and JIPOE for campaign, deliberate, and crisis action planning. You will coordinate with MNF-OOD participating nations on space intelligence and support multi-lateral mission planning, and lead Intelligence Planning Teams (IPTs) across S4S/CJFSCC and USSC staff directorates.

Required is 5+ years of space intelligence analysis, JP-5-0/Jp-3-14, bachelor’s or master’s degree.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of space intelligence analysis or planning experience.
• Experience developing Government-specified content for the Space Intelligence Enterprise.
• Experience providing strategic advice, technical guidance, analysis and recommendations for mission and program challenges.
• Has the skills, knowledge to perform all task functions quickly and accurately without supervision.
• Knowledge of Joint Planning Processes and joint doctrine (JP 5-0, JP 3-14, JP 2-0)

Responsibilities

• Perform intelligence planning and JIPOE for campaign, deliberate, and crisis action planning.
• Coordinate with MNF-OOD participating nations on intelligence issues associated with space and support multi-lateral mission planning.
• Coordinate intelligence activities in support of S4S/CJFSCC staff directorates planning and provide planners in support of designated OPT efforts.
• Support development of the Annex B (Intelligence) for various OPLANs or Campaign Plans and identify intelligence requirements for OPLAN execution.
• Produce Priority Intelligence Requirements (PIRs) and Essential Elements of Information (EEIs) during campaigning and contingency planning for S4S/CJFSCC Staff.
• Complete limited admin duties to include preparation and review of internal/external documents and managing assigned taskings using TMT on the NIPRNet and SIPRNet
• Lead Intelligence Planning Teams (IPTs) in support of S4S/CJFSCC & USSC staff directorates.

Required Experience

Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of space intelligence analysis or planning experience.
• Deep experience in initiating and/or developing Government specified content for the Space Intelligence Enterprise.
• Experience in providing strategic advice, technical guidance, analysis and recommendations for mission and program challenges.
• Has the specific skills, knowledge, and comprehension to perform all task functions quickly and accurately without supervision or assistance.
• Knowledge of Joint Planning Processes and joint doctrine (JP 5-0, JP 3-14, JP 2-0)

Education/Certification

Required Education: BA/BS OR MA/MS desired

In compliance with California's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act the salary for this position is $165,000 - $175,000; however, Sigmatech considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, experience, education/training, key skills, location and often contractual requirements.
