Job summary

Astranis is seeking an Electrical Reliability Associate (Summer 2027) to join our reliability team. You will perform analyses on satellite systems, work with the reliability design team on flight hardware, and support DFMEA efforts.

You will also write code to help evaluate performance and automate testing of satellite hardware. This internship is designed for students who have already earned a bachelor’s degree or will have one before joining Astranis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical or computer engineering, or physics, or equivalent.
• Interest in learning electronics systems and hands-on hardware development.
• Demonstrated ability to design, build and test hardware from scratch.

Responsibilities

• Perform reliability analyses on satellite systems.
• Analyze flight hardware with the reliability design team.
• Support DFMEA efforts.
• Write code to evaluate performance and automate satellite hardware testing.
