Industrious Ventures is seeking an Electrical Test & Development Engineer to drive the development of cutting-edge electrical systems for space operations. In this role, you will collaborate with various engineering teams, executing test plans and troubleshooting hardware to support innovative spacecraft technologies.

This position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, 3+ years of experience in the field, and hands-on testing skills. The role is based on-site at our headquarters in El Segundo, California, with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in electrical engineering.
• Experience with spacecraft electrical systems.
• Hands-on experience with hardware validation.

Responsibilities

• Support testing and validation of electrical hardware.
• Develop electrical test plans and procedures.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues using lab equipment.
