Job summary

Industrious Ventures is looking for an Electrical Hardware Design Engineer to lead the design and development of spacecraft circuit cards at our headquarters in El Segundo, CA. You will collaborate with various engineering teams to create hardware that operates reliably in demanding environments.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering with at least 3 years of experience in aerospace applications. We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 to $160,000, comprehensive medical coverage, and an equity-based compensation structure.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional electrical engineering experience.
• Experience designing electrical hardware for spacecraft or aerospace applications.
• Experience with flight systems, avionics, or mission-critical electrical hardware.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and validate electrical circuit cards for spacecraft.
• Integrate electronics hardware with embedded processors and sensors.
• Support PCB design including signal and power integrity considerations.
