Job summary

Blue Origin is offering an internship where you will work directly with engineering teams on projects across GNC domains. You will engage with avionics, simulation, and systems engineering tasks, gaining hands-on, real-world experience while receiving mentorship from managers and mentors.

Applicants must be U.S. citizens or eligible residents, enrolled in a graduate program, and available for a 15-week, full-time internship. Passion for space and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident, or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.
• Currently enrolled in a graduate program and have at least one semester or quarter of school remaining after the internship.
• Available to work full time for 15 weeks while not concurrently enrolled in coursework.
• Strong written, verbal, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for space.

Responsibilities

• Interns work directly with Blue engineering teams on projects in support of our business units.
• GNC Projects may include different aspects of guidance, navigation, controls, autonomy, avionics, simulation, system test, aero sciences, and systems engineering.
• Gain hands on, real-world experience and receive mentorship from mentors and managers.
