Job summary

The Boeing Company’s Guidance Navigation & Control Engineering team is hiring GN&C engineers at Associate and Experienced levels to rapidly prototype, develop, and field space and hypersonic capabilities.

You will design GN&C algorithms, build high‑fidelity simulations, implement and test flight software (MATLAB/Simulink, C/C++), and support integration and flight tests in atmospheric and space environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field or non-US equivalent.
• 2+ years engineering experience or a Masters Degree.
• Experience with aircraft, missile, spacecraft, autonomous platforms or similar vehicles.
• Experience using MATLAB and Simulink.
• Experience developing GN&C algorithms, models and simulations.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and verify guidance, navigation, and control algorithms for spacecraft and hypersonic platforms.
• Develop and maintain 6-DOF dynamics simulations and analysis tools.
• Implement and validate GN&C flight software and integrate with testbeds and avionics.
• Apply astrodynamics and flight mechanics to mission design and trajectory optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical tradeoffs.
