Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination.
• Engineering experience with aircraft, missile, spacecraft, or autonomous platforms.
• Proficiency with MATLAB and Simulink.
• Experience developing GN&C algorithms, models, and simulations.
• Experience with C/C++, Python or C#.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and verify GN&C algorithms for spacecraft and hypersonic platforms.
• Develop 6-DOF dynamics simulations and analysis tools.
• Implement and validate GN&C flight software and integrate with testbeds.
• Apply astrodynamics and flight mechanics to mission design and trajectory optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate tradeoffs.
• Identify inefficiencies and develop reusable tools and automations.
