Basic Qualifications

Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field. Also requires 8 years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree plus 6 years of job-related experience.

Clearance Requirements

Department of Defense Secret security clearance is preferred at time of hire. Candidates must be able to obtain a Secret clearance within a reasonable time from the date of hire. Applicants will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. U.S. citizenship is required due to the nature of work performed within our facilities.

As a Release Train Engineer, you'll analyze software requirements, lead system integration, research and design, develop and test software and tools, and enhance existing applications and systems. Your experience and knowledge will be crucial in solving complex technical problems, requiring creativity and innovation. This is your chance to lead the world.

The ideal candidate is a certified Release Train Engineer with experience on a Large Solution program involving both Hardware and Software. We are willing to train the right candidate, such as a Scrum Master familiar with HW/SW solutions and tools like JIRA and Confluence, or someone experienced with DOD programs and system-level thinking.

Representative Duties
  • Manage and optimize Agile Release Train flow using JIRA, Confluence, and Power BI dashboards
  • Establish and communicate calendars for Iterations and Program Increments
  • Facilitate PI Planning readiness and continuous exploration processes
  • Coordinate with Deputy Program Managers, engineering teams, and subcontractors
  • Develop mitigation plans to maintain schedule and requirements
  • Collaborate on overall RTE planning with customers and engineering teams
  • Familiarity with Space/Ground Systems, hybrid-cloud solutions, and large-scale program integration

Workplace Options

This position can be fully on-site or hybrid/flex, based at Scottsdale location.

Salary Range

USD $153,600 - $170,400 annually, based on experience and location. The posting remains open until filled.
