Job summary

KBR, Inc. is seeking a Lessons Learned Analyst to support United States Space Force operations at Peterson Space Force Base in Colorado Springs, CO. This on-site role covers the full LL lifecycle—from discovery to dissemination—working with government and contractor teammates.

U.S. Citizenship and an active TS/SCI clearance are required. You'll manage LL records in JLLIS and related systems, develop senior leader briefings, and coordinate with Space Deltas and field commands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of lessons learned and after-action reporting processes and doctrine.
• Familiarity with USSF missions/operations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Plan and support the CFC Lessons Learned Program.
• Manage LL records in JLLIS and USSF systems.
• Track recommendations from assignment to closure.
• Develop and brief studies and decision-support products.
• Coordinate with Space Deltas, Field Commands, and crisis teams.
• Prepare senior leader briefings.
