Job summary

Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) seeks Space Electronics Test Systems Design Engineers (Associate/Experienced/Lead) to join our Special Test Equipment (STE) for the Space Electronics Team located in El Segundo, CA. This team handles space-grade electronics from power to RF systems, delivering cradle-to-grave design, build, validation and support for flight products in extreme environments.

Roles span HW and SW development with LabVIEW, TestStand, Python, C#, FPGA Verilog/VHDL, and MATLAB;

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship with ability to obtain a Top Secret/SCI clearance.
• Bachelor of Science in engineering, engineering technology, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science.
• 2+ years of engineering work experience.

Responsibilities

• Participate in full lifecycle development of STE for space applications.
• Hardware or software focus based on expertise.
• Develop automation and control software for automated test stations.
• Support design reviews, configuration management, and test plans.
• Troubleshoot anomalies and perform root cause analysis with program leads.
