Job summary

Voyager Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Business Development Manager for Space Electronics to lead and execute BD plans, win new and recurring business, and drive bookings with U.S. Federal Govt and international partners.

Collaborate across engineering, product, finance, and marketing to shape offerings and partnerships. The role requires 5+ years in tech/defense BD, strong executive communication, and the ability to distill complex topics for leadership decisions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product sales, BD, or growth in tech/defense/aerospace
• Experience briefing executive leadership
• Ability to distill complex topics into concise executive messaging
• Attention to detail; produce high-quality proposals and communications
• Ability to use AI tools to accelerate BD workflows

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute near- and long-term BD strategies to drive bookings and revenue
• Track markets and propose new offerings or partnerships
• Collaborate with technology, product, finance, and marketing for growth
• Engage customers/vendors; respond to RFIs/RFPs and requests
• Manage pursuit, bid, and proposal processes; maintain pipeline hygiene
• Foster entrepreneurial growth culture across teams
