The Aerospace Corporation seeks an Electromagnetic Warfare Systems Engineer to provide systems engineering for USSF Mission Delta 3. You will guide acquisition, perform risk analyses, and deliver system assessments across space and ground architectures.

You’ll mentor teammates and collaborate with government stakeholders, prime contractors, and program offices, ensuring cost, schedule, and performance objectives are met in a dynamic, high‑impact environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in systems engineering, electrical engineering, computer science, or related STEM field.
• 8+ years of NSS/defense systems engineering experience.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary engineering teams and DoD acquisition.
• Ability to articulate complex issues to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Shape the future of space electromagnetic warfare by guiding acquisition activities that impact Mission Delta 3.
• Perform systems analysis to identify risks across space and ground architectures.
• Develop processes for dynamic sustainment of SEW assets and advise stakeholders.
