The Aerospace Corporation is seeking an experienced Systems Engineer to guide EW program activities, drive acquisition decisions, and lead cross-functional engineering teams. You will assess requirements, craft architectural trades, and influence program milestones across space and ground segments.

You will communicate plans clearly to government leadership and Aerospace management, mentor team members, and ensure technical guidance supports Mission Delta 3 objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical field such as systems engineering, electrical engineering, or computer science.
• 8+ years in NSS or defense systems engineering roles with DoD acquisition exposure.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Shape the future of space EW by guiding technical and acquisition activities for Mission Delta 3.
• Perform systems analysis and identify risks, issues, and gaps across architectures.
• Develop processes for dynamic sustainment of SEW assets and coordinate with stakeholders.
