Job summary

Tharros is seeking an experienced Space Domain Modeling & Simulation Analyst to develop cyber domain modeling and simulation for the 805 CTS at Nellis AFB. You will build models, run campaigns, and analyze system performance in complex environments to identify technology gaps and roadmaps.

The role requires expertise in M&S tools and strong ability to translate mission needs into analytical solutions, with an emphasis on sensor, effects, and communications integration.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of military experience in cyber operations.
• Must have secret clearance with eligibility to upgrade to Top Secret/SCI.
• Associate degree required; bachelor's preferred.
• Experience with modeling & simulation tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop models and simulations capturing system and system-of-systems effects.
• Analyze survivability, effectiveness, and performance in campaign-level scenarios.
• Create analytical modeling solutions to identify tech gaps and roadmaps.
• Build modeling for the find, fix, target, track, engage, and assess chain using sensors and communications tech.
• Provide modeling support using M&S software such as AFSIM, NGTS, MACE-EW.

Job description

Tharros has an immediate opportunity for a Space Domain Modeling & Simulation Analyst providing cyber domain modeling and simulation development andscenario development to support the organic battle lab live, synthetic environment (LSE) capability for the 805 CTS at Nellis AFB. Tasks include:

• Develop models and simulations that effectively capture systemand system of systems effects in complex operational environments
• Perform modeling, simulation, and analysis tasks assessing system survivability, system effectiveness, and overall system performance in campaign / engagement / mission-level scenarios.
• Generate analytical modeling solutions to identify technology gaps, create technology roadmaps, develop requirements, and specify the operational benefits of current and future concepts based on customer approved
  scenarios.
• Develop modeling solutions for each phase of the find, fix, target, track, engage, andassess chain using sensor, effects, and communications technologies.
• Provide engagement, mission, and campaign-level modeling support and analysis using modern modeling & simulation software such as AFSIM, NGTS, MACE-EW, or other software as required by the battle lab.

• Must have a Secret clearance with eligibility to upgrade to Top Secret/SCI.
• Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Must have 4+ years' military experience in cyber operations and/or threats to cyber operations.
• Must have broad understanding of adversary and DoD/coalition cyber operations, tactics, and capabilities.
• Experience developing scenarios utilizing modeling & simulation software preferred.
