Job summary

Katalyst is seeking a Contract Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of contracts, ensuring compliance with terms and regulatory requirements, including U.S. Government contracting standards.

The role partners with legal, finance, and proposals teams to manage risk, review terms, and maintain alignment with company policies. Responsibilities include contract administration, review & negotiation, and supporting RFPs and boilerplate language.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, law, or finance.
• 5+ years of experience managing active contracts with compliance responsibility.
• Experience reviewing government prospective contracts and FAR/DFAR clauses.
• Ability to identify negotiable terms and provide actionable recommendations.
• Experience supporting proposals and drafting boilerplate language.
• Familiarity with drafting and reviewing NDAs and standard agreements.
• Strong attention to detail across multiple contracts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full lifecycle of contracts and ensure compliance with terms.
• Track deliverables, milestones, and obligations across agreements.
• Identify and mitigate contract risks in line with policies and regulations.
• Coordinate with legal, finance, and proposal teams for risk reviews.
• Draft, review, and manage NDAs, teaming agreements, and standard contracts.
• Support negotiations with leadership and legal counsel.
