Job summary

Sierra Space seeks a seasoned Contracts Manager to oversee the contract lifecycle, including drafting, negotiating and executing sales contracts, NDAs, Teaming Agreements, and MOUs. You will apply advanced knowledge of government contracting requirements and maintain organized contract records.

You will collaborate with legal, procurement, and project teams to ensure compliance, assess financial and business risks, and drive innovative contracting practices in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Typically 8+ years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the contract lifecycle from drafting to execution.
• Lead complex contract negotiations to obtain favorable terms.
• Prepare summaries and compliance matrices for solicitations.
• Ensure compliance with FAR Part 12, DFARS, and agency requirements.
• Maintain accurate contract records and documentation.
