Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 15+ years of demonstrated leadership, preferably in defense contracting.
• Proven experience managing complex high-value development and production programs.
• Experience with satellites, space systems, high-assurance security solutions, and certification authorities.
• Strong leadership in people management, program execution, and customer relationship management.
• Current/Active TS/SCI clearance with Poly required at hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of space programs delivering networking, data-transport, cybersecurity and cryptography.
• Grow the business and ensure customer satisfaction while meeting financial and program goals.
• Lead cross-functional teams, drive long- and short-term plans, and manage key stakeholders.
• Ensure successful program execution, target operating results, and award new contracts.
• Collaborate with partners to deliver best value and pursue adjacent opportunities.
