KaiHonua is seeking a highly qualified Space and Cyber Range Architect in Colorado Springs. This role supports the U.S. Space Training and Readiness Command, leading the integration and management of space and cyber test range capabilities. The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of DoD experience, hold an active Top Secret clearance, and possess extensive expertise in space and cyber systems architecture. Qualifications
Must have 15+ years of DoD experience, with 5 years in SAP/SCI environments.
Must hold an active Top Secret clearance and be able to obtain a CI Polygraph if required.
Must demonstrate leadership in cross-functional teams for complex programs.
Responsibilities
Lead architecture-level trade studies for space range architectures.
Engage with customers and systems architects to align requirements.
Develop CONOPS and perform functional analysis for mission effectiveness.
Skills
Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
15+ years of relevant Department of Defense (DoD) experience
Extensive experience in space and cyber systems architecture
Proven experience developing CONOPS
Deep experience in end-to-end satellite and space systems architecture development
Working knowledge of Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)
Education
Master's of Arts/Science Degree
