Job summary

Amentum seeks a Mid Space / Counterspace Analyst to support the USSPACECOM program in Huntsville, AL. This contingent role focuses on all-source analytic production of space and counter-space activities and coordination of counter-space warning efforts.

Responsibilities include developing daily indicators, monitoring adversary space capabilities, and delivering concise analytic assessments. Candidates must hold an active TS clearance with SCI eligibility, a related bachelor’s degree, and

Qualifications

Active TS clearance with SCI eligibility and ability to obtain a polygraph.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field from an accredited institution.
Minimum eight years of related experience, with recent work within the last two years.
Ability to define problems, supervise studies and lead surveys to collect and analyze data to provide advice and solutions.

Responsibilities

Conduct all-source analytic production of foreign space and counter-space forces, activities, and capabilities, including Civilian and military organizations, command structure, leadership, and communications.
Develop, coordinate, execute, and refine USSPACECOM counter-space warning problems and indicators daily.
Monitor and report on adversary space and counter-space assets and develop pattern-of-life analysis on adversary space and counter-space forces and systems.
