Job summary

Streamline Defense is seeking a mid-level Space/Counterspace Analyst to support the MCIA at Marine Corps Base Quantico, Virginia. This is an immediate-fill position on an active program delivering all-source intelligence for decision makers.

Responsibilities include conducting all-source analysis of foreign space systems, producing assessments, and briefing to MCIA processes. Requires active TS/SCI clearance and 8+ years of relevant experience. Bachelor's degree required.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI security clearance.
• Demonstrated experience analyzing foreign space or counterspace systems, doctrine, or programs.
• 8+ years of experience conducting analysis relevant to this labor category, with a portion within the last 2 years.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, lead research on complex problems, and collaborate across the IC.

Responsibilities

• Conduct all-source analysis to evaluate foreign military systems and technologies.
• Research, produce, and brief intelligence products and estimates in response to MCIA's Program of Analysis and customer RFIs.
• Produce written assessments and briefings that meet IC standards (ICD 203, 206, 208) and MCIA production and review processes.
• Identify intelligence gaps and develop collection strategies and requirements to close them.
• Support Threat Steering Groups across USMC Combat Development and Integration to identify risk drivers for materiel solutions.
• Produce Validated Online Lifecycle Threat Reports (VOLTs), Critical Intelligence Parameters (CIPs), and Capability Development Threat Summaries in support of Marine Corps acquisition programs and the JCIDS process.
• Conduct all-source analytic production on foreign space capabilities including doctrine, strategy, communications and collection, vulnerabilities, platforms, assembly and launch capabilities, weapons, dual-use systems, and emerging space technologies.
• Collaborate with engineers and scientists on foreign space capabilities.

This is an immediate-fill position on an active, funded program producing all-source intelligence for Marine Corps and Joint decision makers.
