Job summary

Sigmatech, Inc. in Arlington, VA, is seeking a Space Control SME to support the US Space Force in strategy, force structure, and programmatic analyses.

The role requires leading studies, coordinating with DoD stakeholders, and delivering briefings and analytic products to senior leadership. Qualified candidates have a Master’s degree with 15+ years of relevant experience (or a Bachelor’s with equivalent background), TS clearance, and deep knowledge of space architectures and DoD processes.

Qualifications

• TS clearance with SCI eligibility required.
• Experience supporting DoD/IC staffs.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Understanding of space systems and DoD budget processes.

Responsibilities

• Support Force Structure Assessment activities for USSF Space Control capabilities.
• Analyze Orbital, Electromagnetic, and Cyberspace systems to support force structure requirements.
• Assess USSF programmed force and identify gaps across DOTmLPF-P.
• Coordinate Space Control-focused Mission Area Working Groups with HQ and field commands.
• Advocate USSF positions through DoD documents and forums.
• Develop strategic resourcing narratives and briefings, including congressional testimony.
• Prepare reports and decision-support products on Space Control topics.
• Interface with DoD offices and Joint staffs as required.
• Advise senior leadership on planning classified activities supporting USSF global mission.
• Support operational strategy, doctrine, policy, and guidance development.
• Generate recommendations for new programs and approaches.
• Manage accounts on multiple networks and ETMS2 to track actions.
• Support access administration for classified programs.
