Job summary

The Boeing Company in El Segundo, CA seeks an Antenna Subsystems Engineer to design, develop and deliver state‑of‑the‑art space communications systems for satellite programs. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams and customers to ensure mission objectives are met from concept through on‑orbit operations.

Roles involve system analyses, trade studies, CONOPS development, and hardware integration support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics, or STEM; Master’s preferred.
• Experience with requirements allocation, verification, validation and qualification.
• Experience with DOORs, Cameo, Jira or MS Project.
• Background in space communications or antenna subsystems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop RF, digital, and/or optical satellite communications systems.
• Support trade studies and define system interfaces.
• Develop CONOPS, functional analyses and requirement decomposition.
• Support system integration, verification and test activities.
• Create analysis tools using MATLAB and object‑oriented platforms.
• Lead hardware integration and subsystem qualification.
