Job summary

Delta Solutions and Strategies is seeking a highly skilled SME to support US Space Command J77 in Colorado Springs. You will enable the Design, Planning, Preparation, Execution, and Analysis phases of the Joint Exercise Life Cycle (JELC) and provide expert guidance across multiple space domains.

The role requires JPME exposure, a Top Secret clearance with SCI/ACCM eligibility, and extensive experience in joint exercises, wargaming, and planning with senior officials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher; 15+ years relevant experience in lieu of degree.
• Completion of JPME I highly desired; JPME II preferred.
• Current Top Secret clearance with SCI, ACCM and SAP eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Establish and execute JELC for USSPACECOM Tier 1/2 exercises.
• Plan, develop, execute, and analyze joint assessments, studies, and lessons learned for wargames and seminars.
• Provide SME support across space mission areas including SATCOM, GPS, Space Domain Awareness, and Space Control.
• Coordinate and manage JTIMS, JMSEL, JETP costs, and CJCS SAV training events.
