• Ability to analyze funding requirements and spend plans.
• Experience with budget documentation and presenting to management.

Responsibilities

• Performs budget administration tasks across formulation of budget and cost estimates.
• Analyze costs and benefits of funding methods using quantitative methods.
• Provide budgetary management analysis oversight of expenditures for propriety and compliance.
• Coordinate and develop final budget and program products for complex projects with SMEs.
• Draft and review funding documentation for accuracy and internal controls.
