Job summary

Astrion is seeking an Intermediate Analyst to support the Missile Defense Agency’s Director of Test at the Von Braun Complex on Redstone Arsenal, Huntsville, AL. This full-time position requires a SECRET clearance and involves programmatic, technical, and analytical responsibilities across Mission Execution and System Mission Management teams.

You will help develop mission documentation, dashboards, and planning materials, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure readiness for complex flight

Qualifications

• BA/BS in a field pertinent to the position; 5 additional years may substitute for the degree.
• 7 years of recent relevant experience required.
• Eligibility to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
• Knowledge of Missile Defense System components and system-level topics.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and deadlines.
• Team player able to contribute to test planning, integration, execution, and analysis.
• Willing to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Provide programmatic, technical, and analytical support for Mission Execution or System Mission Manager teams.
• Develop mission checklists and deploy the Operational Dashboard for real‑time status.
• Facilitate METWG planning meetings to optimize coordination and decision‑making.
• Support test planning, training, and execution for Tier 1/2/3 environments.
• Prepare decision‑quality materials for reviews and management briefings.
• Coordinate planning meetings and technical reviews; provide on‑site support at deployed locations.
