Job summary

Qualifications

• MA/MS in a related field; BA/BS with five years relevant experience may substitute.
• 10 years of recent relevant experience
• Eligibility to obtain and maintain at least a Secret security clearance
• Knowledge of Missile Defense System components and system-level topics
• Experience in fast-paced environment with ability to adjust deadlines and priorities
• Capable of team-based problem solving for test planning, integration, execution, and analysis

Responsibilities

• Provide programmatic, technical, and analytical support to the MDA, Director for Flight Test Integration - Execution (DTFI-E).
• Develop mission checklists and deploy the Operational Dashboard (OPDASH) for real-time status.
• Facilitate METWG planning meetings to optimize coordination and decision-making.
• Support test planning, training, and execution of Tier 1/2/3 test environments per CONOPS.
• Produce test procedures and update mission documentation for calendar changes.
• Coordinate responses to actions from MDA/DT Program Office and support on-site leadership.
• Identify risks and maintain alignment across stakeholders during flight tests.
