Job summary

True Anomaly is seeking a seasoned engineer to design and deploy core autonomy capabilities for space systems. You will work with a cross-functional team on fleet scheduling, vehicle autonomy, mission planning, wargaming, and threat assessment, delivering production-quality implementations with solid documentation.

This role requires strong background in optimization and learning-based methods, plus hands-on coding in C/C++ and Python to implement scalable solvers in a demanding space

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as OR, applied math, CS, aerospace or EE.
• Strong programming in C/C++ and Python for optimization solvers.
• Deep knowledge of optimization, learning and stochastic methods.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and validate optimization algorithms for fleet-level mission planning.
• Contribute to system architecture for large-scale distributed optimization.
• Collaborate to formalize requirements into mathematical programs and deploy solutions.
• Tune models via simulation and hardware-in-the-loop testing.
