Qualifications

• DoD Secret Security clearance required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• 3+ years of inventory and equipment accountability experience.
• Experience operating and interfacing with material systems.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain metrology integrated recall tracking history and MT&E records.
• Create movement documentation for contract and standard tools to onsite locations.
• Reconcile discrepancies between asset records and control system data.
• Maintain audit trail and location file for materials, equipment, tooling and components.
• Receive raw material from carriers and verify traceability and BOM requirements.
• Attend meetings, review schedules, and address shortages affecting production or test delays.
• Suggest improvements in material handling, expediting and workflows.
• Serve as point of contact for internal customers and resolve concerns.
• Set up new tool cribs and stockrooms, support asset tracking technologies.
