Job summary

Vantor is hiring an experienced Assembly, Integration & Test (AIT) Manager to join our Spacewrx team in Westminster, CO. This role provides technical oversight of spacecraft integration and test activities performed by external partners and ensures they meet program requirements and mission assurance standards.

You will lead a high-performing team, collaborate with systems engineering and suppliers, and guide readiness and verification activities across the full program lifecycle from design

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizen with ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, physics, or related technical field.
• 8+ years of spacecraft I&T or AIT experience.
• Proven experience leading AIT teams including schedule, cost, and staffing.
• Experience across spacecraft and/or optical payload I&T from development to launch.
• Experience with environmental testing (thermal vacuum, vibration, EMI/EMC).
• Willingness to travel to supplier sites for reviews and campaigns.
• Willingness to travel to launch sites for campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end integration and test oversight for a next-gen satellite program.
• Deliver a fully verified space system from component integration to launch site operations.
• Own AIT strategy, execution, and team performance ensuring mission readiness.
• Review parts selection with systems engineering to ensure quality objectives.
• Collaborate with suppliers' manufacturing and test organizations to ensure on-time delivery.
