Job summary

Vantor in Westminster, CO is seeking an experienced Assembly, Integration & Test (AIT) Manager to lead the Spacewrx team. You will oversee spacecraft integration and test activities performed by external partners to ensure program requirements, contractual obligations, and mission assurance standards are met.

You will own the AIT strategy, guide cross-functional teams, and ensure readiness across design, supplier manufacturing, and launch site activities, including V&V and anomaly resolution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, physics, or related technical field.
• 8+ years in spacecraft integration and test (I&T) or AIT environments.
• Experience leading AIT teams with responsibility for schedule, cost, and staffing.
• Experience with spacecraft/mechanical and electrical integration and test, from development to launch.
• Experience with environmental testing (thermal vacuum, vibration, EMI/EMC).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end integration and test oversight for a next-generation satellite program.
• Own the AIT strategy, execution, and team performance to ensure mission readiness.
• Guide spacecraft assembly, integration, and test activities across contractors.
• Collaborate with Systems Engineering to review parts selection and performance objectives.
• Drive V&V efforts to ensure compliance with system requirements and mission success.
• Support launch campaigns and ensure delivery of AIT artifacts for launch manifests.
